- A valid Texas fishing license is required for ages 17 and older
- The park gate opens 15 minutes before departure
- Wear appropriate clothing; sandals and boots aren't allowed
- Bring beverages and snacks only in a soft-sided or small cooler; glass and bananas aren't allowed

Cancellation Policy
If unsafe weather prevents operation, the operator will try to reschedule; if not possible, you'll receive a full refund. Rain alone does not cancel a trip. Cancel 14+ days ahead for a full refund; 8–13 days: $200 deposit forfeited; 2–7 days: 50% charged; under 24 hours or no-show: full charter charged. Bookings made within 72 hours have a nonrefundable, nontransferable $200 deposit.
