- For beach bonfires, ID for the person responsible for the permit is required on file
- A credit card matching the permit holder's name is required on file for liabilities, including damaged equipment and trash left on the beach
- Beach bonfires require a county-approved permit before delivery. The $50 permit fee is not included in the listed price; you'll pay the county separately after approval. Vacation-home bonfires do not require this permit step
- A $50 replacement charge applies if you use the emergency fire extinguisher; this charge is not included in the listed price
- Complete the liability waiver. You assume responsibility for equipment use, injuries, damage, and compliance with Walton County bonfire rules
- For beach bonfires, keep the approved permit at the burn site throughout the fire. Only burn materials free of nails, glass, and other dangerous items
- Clean up all trash and debris, and extinguish the fire with water
- Keep someone at the bonfire until the equipment is picked up. Follow the agreed pickup time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel with 72 hours' notice for a full refund or credit. Cancellations before the 24-hour mark receive a partial refund. Weather cancellations receive a refund or reschedule. The $50 county permit fee is separate and nonrefundable; a new permit costs another $50. Operator cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund or credit. No-shows are charged the full price.
