- A $100 service fee, not included in the listed price, applies for Bradenton Beach accesses between 22nd Street and 4th Street North
- Setup is not available from 4th Street North to Coquina Beach in Bradenton Beach
- Beach Suites cannot be combined
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 days or more before your booking date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before your booking are nonrefundable. If thunderstorms are forecasted and the Suite cannot be set up, choose a full refund or reschedule. If wind exceeds 15 mph, keep the Suite without cabanas or umbrellas, or receive a full refund.
