- A $100 service fee applies to Bradenton Beach accesses between 22nd Street and 4th Street North; this is not included in the listed price
- Setup is not available from 4th Street North to Coquina Beach in Bradenton Beach
- Beach suites cannot be combined
- Umbrellas cannot be set up when wind exceeds 15 mph. Suites cannot be set up when thunderstorms are forecast
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before your booking for a full refund. Cancellations less than 14 days before are nonrefundable. If wind exceeds 15 mph, choose to keep your suite without the umbrella or receive a full refund. If thunderstorms are forecast, your suite cannot be set up; choose a full refund or reschedule.
