- Arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled start time for check-in
- Weight limit: 235 lbs per rider
- Limit carry-on items, including backpacks, purses, and handbags, to 8 lbs
- Wear closed-toe sneakers or boots and long trousers
- Riders under 18 must be accompanied by someone age 18 or older
- Pets and service animals may accompany you but cannot participate in activities
- Bring the physical credit card used for the reservation and matching state-issued photo ID; the cardholder must be present
- Virtual cards, digital wallets, gift cards, and similar payment methods are not accepted at check-in
- Keep belongings secure; the park is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the tour
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation with at least 24 hours' notice before departure. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or changes for reservations booked within 24 hours of departure. No-shows are charged the full price.
