- Horseback access along the beach is prohibited when sea turtle nests are present. The ride reaches the beach but does not enter the water
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure to check in. If you arrive after departure, you cannot join the ride
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure or if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours, no-shows, or arrival after departure; no-shows and late arrivals cannot reschedule. Same-day and next-day bookings are final sale. Changes require at least 24 hours’ notice.
