Beginner Beach & Dune Horseback Ride in Pacific City

Important details

• Ages 5+ only
• Adult supervision is required at all times for riders under 18
• Drugs and alcohol are not allowed, and riding under the influence is prohibited
• Stay away from the horses until your name is called, and keep children from playing around them
• Wear closed-toe shoes; tennis shoes are acceptable, but sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
• Bring only hats with chin straps; large-brimmed hats are not allowed
• Leave backpacks and waist packs behind. Extra clothing can be tied to your saddle
• Keep both hands on the reins while riding
• Smoke only in designated areas and dispose of cigarettes in the provided cans. Smoking and chewing tobacco are not allowed on the ride
• Arrive at your reserved time, which is your arrival time—not your ride's start time. Allow time for paperwork and preparation: horse selection and mounting begin 15–30 minutes after arrival, followed by another 15–30 minutes before the ride begins
