- Bring a valid ID for each rider. The booking contact must present government-issued photo ID matching the payment card.
- Present the credit card used for payment at check-in. The name on the card must exactly match the booking contact's name.
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.
- Sign a waiver before riding.
- Check in at 1:30 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in are charged 100% of the ride price. For bookings of 6 or more riders, 48 hours' cancellation notice is required.
