Cancellation Policy
48+ hours before departure: refund minus a 10% administrative fee. 24–48 hours: 50% refund or 100% credit for a future tour. Under 24 hours or no-shows: no refund. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels for severe weather, trail closures or unsafe conditions, you'll receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.
