Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled activity. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable. Reschedule or request a wind check until the day before; same-day rescheduling is unavailable. Late arrivals and no-shows are not refunded or rescheduled.
