- Swimming and floating comfort required
- Complete the PADI medical questionnaire and liability release before entering the water
- Doctor's approval required before diving if medical questionnaire answers indicate a condition
- Parent or guardian consent required for divers under 18
- Diving is not permitted during pregnancy or under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Wait at least 18 hours after diving before flying or ascending to high altitude
- A credit card is required to hold your reservation
