Important details
- Ages 13+ only
- An intermediate fitness level is recommended
- This activity is not recommended for anyone with certain medical conditions, including high blood pressure or epilepsy
- Sign a liability waiver acknowledging the risks of the activity
- Arrive wearing your swimwear
- Arrive 10 minutes before your lesson starts. If you miss the safety briefing, you cannot participate
