- Children under 18 require adult supervision throughout the visit
- Bring the original credit card used for booking and a government-issued photo ID with the same cardholder name. A booking email alone is not sufficient; missing either item may delay or prevent check-in
- Service and emotional support animals are not allowed on the property
- Complete a release waiver before entering the property
- Weapons are not allowed on the property
- Bikes, skates, skateboards, hoverboards and Segways are not allowed. Children with disabilities may use scooters for transportation
- Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the ranch. Use only designated smoking areas more than 25 feet from the entry gates
- This outdoor experience may close due to adverse weather
- Advance booking at least 48 hours before the tour is required; walk-ins are not allowed

Bookings are non-refundable. You can reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours' notice. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund. No-shows are charged the full price.

Yes. The walkways accommodate wheelchairs, mobility scooters, strollers and wagons. Bring your own equipment; none is available to rent on site.
Yes. Both are optional day-of extras and are not included in the listed price. Lion feeding costs $100 per person per pound of food, or $150 for two people sharing the food supply; direct contact with lions is not allowed. The tortoise encounter includes feeding and a photo opportunity and is designed for ages 8 and up. An additional charge applies.
Dress for the weather—the tour is outdoors. Shaded and misted areas and an indoor gift shop offer relief from summer heat; portable heaters are available around the property in winter. You can borrow an umbrella free of charge when available; leave an ID until you return it.
