Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or severe conditions. Late arrivals and no-shows may not be refunded.
