- Keep bikes locked whenever not in use; a $350 loss fee applies
- A $350 charge not included in the listed price applies for damage or failure to return rentals on collection day
- Bring or rent helmets and safety apparel; they are your responsibility
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
