Important details
- Bring your bike at your scheduled community service time; all appointments begin together
- Allow time for shared check-in, which is expected to take about 15 minutes for all bikes
- Your final repair cost may be adjusted after the in-person assessment, based on the repairs you agree to
- Tune-ups include tire inflation; old inner tubes or angled valves may reveal leaks, and defective inner tubes are not covered
- SteadyRack bookings include a consultation and quote only; installation is scheduled separately
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Same-day cancellations receive a refund minus a $20 cancellation fee.
