Things to know
Electric bikes are for street use only and are not allowed on sand. Electric bike riders must be at least 16 years old. Some add-ons (like helmets, baskets, cup holders, surf wax) may cost extra—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations due to weather or factors beyond our control are non-refundable. Cancel within 7 days before the start date for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

No. Use electric bikes on paved or hard-packed surfaces only; they are not permitted on sandy beaches.
