Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled time for a full refund less a $10 per person cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations are not refunded. All cancellations carry a $10 per person fee. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels for safety reasons, including unsafe weather.
