Know before you go
- Arrive for seasonal check-in: July–August at 5:00 PM, September–November at 4:30 PM, and December–January at 4:00 PM
- Check-in lasts up to 30 minutes; departures follow 30 minutes later
- Ages 10+ only; travelers under 18 must have an adult on the tour
- Weight limit 230 lbs per person and 460 lbs combined
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, neck, back, arm, or leg problems, epilepsy, heart conditions, and dizziness prevent participation
- English or Spanish communication, comfort in dark settings, and no tendency toward panic attacks are required
- Outside coolers, liquor, and beer are not allowed on the boat
- Extreme intoxication may result in refusal of service
- Bring a cell phone, towel, change of clothes, cash for gratuities, and clothes and shoes that can get wet
- Leave valuables and anything that cannot get wet behind
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 10 or more must cancel at least two weeks ahead for a full refund. Cancellations within these windows, late arrivals, and no-shows are fully charged. If weather cancels the tour, you'll be rescheduled or refunded.
