Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before departure; late arrivals cannot join after the briefing begins
- Complete an electronic waiver before the tour
- Ages 8+ only; each child must share a kayak with an adult
- All parties are paired in two-person kayaks
- Requires 1.5 miles of paddling and physical ability to complete the excursion; conditions may make it strenuous
- Arrive sober; intoxicated participants cannot join
- Transparent kayaks: 235 lbs maximum per person and 385 lbs combined per kayak
- Sit-on-top ocean kayaks: 500 lbs maximum combined per kayak
- No DEET insect repellent, repellent lotions, bags, flashlights, or footwear in the kayaks
- Expect ocean spray and possible splashes; bring a towel and change of clothes if needed
- Tours operate in rain, but unsafe weather or conditions may prevent departure
- A credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for groups up to 5, or 72 hours before departure for groups of 6+ for a full refund. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, abandoned tours, or removal for safety reasons. Cancellations within 2 hours of departure count as no-shows. Refunds are issued if the tour is canceled due to acts of God.
