- You'll be charged for repair or replacement if you or your party damage upholstery, flooring, or other surfaces with dyes, beverages, or smoking. These damage charges are not included in the listed price.
- Do not bring balloons, glitter, confetti, self-tanning oils, bronzers, red wine, or other staining beverages.
- Do not wear temporary hair dye or wigs on board. Avoid denim or jeans, as wet dyes can stain the upholstery.
- Do not bring barbecue equipment, hookahs, shisha, or other items that use open flames, gas, propane, or coals.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days ahead: 50% fee; 30 days or less: 100% fee. Reschedule more than 30 days ahead free, subject to availability; 30 days or less: $200 fee. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days. No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, no-shows or unused portions.
