Important details
- Operators must be at least 14 years old. Ages 14–17 require an accompanying parent or legal guardian.
- Riders of any age must safely fit a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
- Bring a valid photo ID.
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete the Florida Boater’s Safety Exam before riding. The test is not included in the listed price. Complete it before arrival to avoid delays.
- A major credit card on file is required unless you provide a $300 security deposit using Zelle, cash, Venmo, Cash App, Chime or PayPal. This deposit is separate from the listed price.
- Riding with a passenger requires a security deposit hold of at least $500 on a major credit card, separate from the listed price.
- Complete and sign a waiver in person with the instructor before riding.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation for check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours ahead for a refund minus the booking deposit. Within 48 hours, cancellations, no-shows or missed check-in without notice are non-refundable. If canceled for unsafe weather, choose rescheduling or a full refund. Rain, clouds, wind or forecasts alone don't qualify for cancellation or a refund. No refund for missing documents, unmet legal requirements or security deposit requirements.

Bring a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen for your ride. Female riders are encouraged to bring protective shorts, leggings, or similar bottoms to wear over a swimsuit for added comfort; these are optional.
