Important details
- Drivers must be at least 14. Drivers ages 14–17 require an accompanying parent or legal guardian.
- Passengers of all ages are welcome, provided they can safely fit a U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jacket.
- Maximum combined rider weight: 300 lbs.
- Bring a valid photo ID.
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, require completion of the Florida Boater's Safety Exam. Complete it before arrival to avoid check-in delays.
- Tandem riding requires a security deposit hold of at least $500 on a major credit card. This hold is separate from the listed price.
- The boater safety test, when required, is not included in the listed price.
- Sign a waiver in person with the instructor on the day of your rental before participating.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your reservation to complete check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 24 hours ahead are eligible for a refund minus the booking deposit. Within 24 hours, no-shows and unmet rental requirements are non-refundable. If unsafe weather causes operator cancellation, choose rescheduling or a full refund. Rain, clouds, wind or an unfavorable forecast alone do not qualify for cancellation or a refund.
