Cancellation Policy
Over 48 hours: full refund on request. More than 2 and up to 48 hours: studio credit valid 6 months from booking. Within 2 hours or late arrival: no refund or credit. A rebooking fee applies; parties of 6+ incur a 25% cancellation fee. Declared weather emergencies trigger cancellation with studio credit; otherwise, standard cancellation terms apply.
