Things to know
A 25% deposit is due at booking, with the balance due two weeks before your trip. You will get wet, and bare feet are not permitted on the river.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations two weeks in advance; 50% refund for cancellations one week in advance; no refund thereafter. No refunds on day-of-trip cancellations.

Yes. Have everyone in your party sign the online waiver forms before you arrive at the Rafting Center.
Arrive at the listed check-in time. It’s when your group should be at the Rafting Center, not when the shuttle departs or when you get on the river.
Plan to get wet. Wear a T-shirt and shorts on warm days; add a windbreaker if it’s cooler. Avoid cotton (like hoodies, sweatpants, or jeans). Bring a small plastic ziplock bag to keep your mask dry for the shuttle at the end of the day.
