Cancel more than 72 hours before your tour for a full refund less a 10% processing/booking fee. Tours canceled within 72 hours and no-shows are nonrefundable. Tours run rain or shine but may be postponed or canceled in unsafe weather. If unable to reschedule, receive a 50% refund.
