Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before training for a refund minus materials costs; issued materials are nonrefundable. No refund less than 14 days before training. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must start within 12 months of the original course. Additional reschedules may incur $50 per student per reschedule. No-shows or excessive lateness may incur $50 per student per half-day.
