- Complete a waiver and rental agreement before pickup for everyone riding the machines
- Bring a vehicle with a 2-inch trailer ball to tow pontoon boats and jet skis
- Pick up pontoon boats, jet skis, and paddleboards yourself; drop-off and pickup service is not available
- Watch the required water safety training video before boarding boats or riding jet skis
- Expect fuel charges in addition to the listed price based on fuel used during your rental
- Expect a possible $500 card hold at pickup and responsibility for damage you cause
- Leave alcohol behind for the safety of the captain and renters
- Check the weather before your rental; weather cancellations or refunds apply only when conditions are deemed unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when canceling more than 14 days before your rental date. Within 14 days, refunds are reduced by a $99 cancellation fee per machine per day. No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full price.
