- Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 needs a Boating Safety Education ID Card to operate the boat in Florida
- A refundable $1,400 security-deposit hold is placed on your credit card on the day before or day of check-in
- Return the boat with a full fuel tank; fuel is not included in the listed price
- If you do not refuel, a $7-per-gallon used-fuel charge plus an $80 fee applies
- An additional cleaning fee may apply if the boat is returned excessively dirty
