- Arrange pickups after 12 pm in advance
- Complete the Cape Family Boat Rental waiver before pickup
- Ensure the booking name matches the renter, contract signer, and payer of rental fees
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 need an approved safety course, photo ID, and boater safety ID
- An onboard adult at least 18 with boater education ID, or a person exempt from the law, may assume responsibility for operation
- Wear the provided Engine Cut-Off Switch link when operating above idle speed
- Return the boat full of fuel or pay a $225 single-day or $325 multi-day refueling fee
- Pay a $100 late fee for every 30 minutes after the boat is due back

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 10 full days' notice. No refunds for cancellations. You are responsible for the full rental fee for no-shows, cancellations within 48 hours, day-of cancellations, and late arrivals. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
FAQs
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, bring photo identification and proof of a boater safety course or equivalent exam that meets or exceeds Florida requirements. A Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card is not required if you have qualifying non-resident proof.
