- Renters must be ages 25+
- Operators must be ages 21+
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1988 require an approved boating safety course, photo ID, and boating education ID card unless an eligible attendant operator is on board
- Complete the required rental waiver before pickup
- Wear the provided Engine Cut-Off Switch Link when operating above idle speed
- Return the boat full of fuel; refueling charges are not included and are $225 for single-day rentals or $325 for multi-day rentals
- Expect a $100 fee for every 30 minutes the boat is returned late

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations require 10 full days' notice. No refunds are offered. No-shows, cancellations within 48 hours, day-of cancellations, and late arrivals are subject to the full rental fee. Full refund if staff cancel due to unsafe weather.
FAQs
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, bring photo identification and proof of a boater safety course or equivalent exam that meets or exceeds Florida requirements. A Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card is not required if you have qualifying non-resident proof.
