Full refund over 7 days prior. 50% refund for cancellations 3–7 days prior. No refund within 3 days of start date. Full refund or rescheduling only for winds over 28 mph, thunderstorms, or hurricanes (Miami in the cone). No refunds for typical Miami rain.

Yes. All adult passengers must sign a waiver before boarding. The person who paid must complete a special waiver as the primary booker, and additional passengers complete a shorter waiver.
Included: cooler, Bluetooth speakers, floating mat, and safety equipment. Bring towels, food and drinks, ice for the cooler, sunscreen (reef-safe preferred), hats and sunglasses, and swimwear.
