- At least one rider age 18+ is required to book; ages 6+ only, and riders under 14 must ride with an adult
- Combined rider weight limit: 350 lbs per jet ski
- Not available during pregnancy or with serious health conditions
- Bring a valid photo ID for every rider and the physical credit card used for booking when paying by credit card
- Complete a safety briefing and sign a waiver before riding; this applies to every rider and passenger
- Wear the provided life jacket at all times and ride only in designated areas
