Cancellation Policy
Cancel penalty-free up to 48 hours after booking (unless within 14 days). 50% refund if you cancel more than 14 days before. No refunds within 14 days. Reschedule within 14 days for a $25 fee per ticket (once only). Full refund if Urban AdvenTours cancels the event.

Pick-ups and drop-offs are available Monday–Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 9am–5pm. Pick-ups and drop-offs are not accepted daily between 2pm and 3pm.
