This tour involves a fair amount of walking over uneven surfaces and stairs. Wheelchairs, motorized scooters, strollers, and baby carriages are not recommended. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellations are fully refundable if received more than 24 hours before tour start (bookings with 4 or fewer). Within 24 hours is non-refundable. For 5 to 9, cancel more than 72 hours for a full refund; within 72 hours is non-refundable. More than 10 and all private tours: all sales final. Late arrivals/no-shows are non-refundable.
