Pick-ups and drop-offs are not accepted during the daily 2–3 pm closure. You’ll need a credit card; the operator takes a temporary copy for security.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel penalty-free up to 48 hours after booking, unless the event is within 14 days. 50% refunds for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event. No refunds within 14 days. If the operator cancels, you can reschedule, take credit, or get a full refund.
FAQs
Pick up and return your bike during opening hours: Monday–Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 9am–5pm. Pick-ups and drop-offs are not accepted during the daily 2–3pm closure.
Bring a credit card. The operator takes a temporary copy of your card information for security, and you’ll sign a waiver (online ahead of time or in person when you arrive).
