- Pets are welcome only if they can sit on your lap at all times.
- Paid public parking is available; parking is not included in the listed price.
- Children ages 12 and under must wear life jackets aboard. If you're a parent or guardian of a child ages 13–17, decide whether they must wear one. Share the life jacket policy with everyone in your group.
- You'll need to go barefoot aboard if you wear hard-soled shoes or high heels.
- Do not bring hard liquor, red wine, marijuana, marijuana-containing products, or illicit drugs. Beer and other wine are allowed.
- If you arrive late, your sail will still end at the scheduled finishing time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a refund minus 10% of the trip total. No refund within 48 hours or for no-shows. Light rain, clouds, wind and seas do not automatically cancel a trip; the captain decides. If canceled for inclement weather, choose to reschedule or receive a refund minus 10%. Cancellations for unforeseen circumstances receive a full refund.
