Cancellation Policy
Zero-cancellation policy. Rescheduling 24+ hours before start is free. Same-day rescheduling 4+ hours before start incurs a $25 fee; under 4 hours incurs $35. Arriving at start time or up to 10 minutes late may incur $35 if scheduling allows; arriving 10+ minutes late forfeits the reservation.
FAQs
Wear tennis shoes or sturdy closed-toe sneakers with no visible heel. Sandals, flip-flops, Crocs, flats, loafers, and heels are not allowed. This applies even if you are only watching.
Bring up to 10 clean, empty glass items for your bottle smash session at no extra charge. All outside items are inspected before entering the room. Electronics you bring have a $5 per-item disposal fee that is not included in the listed price.
Use the available lockers for small personal belongings. Leave oversized bags and larger purses in your car, as large-item storage is not available.
