Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the activity for a full refund; no refund within 72 hours or after the activity starts. The ride proceeds in light rain. In torrential rain or thunderstorms, the ride is rescheduled; if you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund. You'll receive a full refund if you cannot pass training; companions who choose not to ride receive no refund.
