Launch from Buckroe Beach and explore the Chesapeake Bay by sit-on-top kayak. Enjoy calm waters with a quick safety briefing and on-land paddling tips before you head out.
Participants must be 12+ (under 18 require a guardian to sign the waiver) and able to swim. Single-person kayaks with a 250 lb max; kayaking is not recommended during pregnancy. Use only in designated areas and arrive 15 minutes early.
Full refund if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows forfeit the full amount. Activities may be rescheduled or relocated due to inclement weather or unsafe water conditions.
Participants must weigh 250 lbs or less.
Yes, you may use a US Coast Guard-approved life jacket. A marine whistle is also required.
