Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time
- Complete a waiver and bring a valid government-issued photo ID
- Ages 12+ only
- Swimming ability is required
- Riders must weigh 250 lbs or less
- Riders under 18 require a parent or legal guardian present to sign the waiver
- Requires sufficient mobility and balance to safely operate a stand-up paddleboard
- Wear all required safety equipment throughout the rental
- One person is permitted on each paddleboard
- Paddleboarding is not recommended during pregnancy
- Rentals may be delayed, relocated, rescheduled, or canceled for unsafe weather or water conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a refund less a 6% cancellation fee. No refunds within 24 hours, for late arrivals, or no-shows. If canceled for unsafe weather or water conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
