Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in and safety preparation
- Wear tennis shoes or work boots with no visible heel; sandals, flats and heels are not allowed
- Ages 13+ only; no one under 13 may enter the premises
- Participants ages 13–17 require an adult to remain on the premises
- Bring an ID if you are an adult for waiver verification
- Sign the electronic waiver before your session
- Bring clean outside items only; staff will inspect them, and outside glass is limited to 10 items
- Expect a $5 per-item charge not included in the listed price for electronics you bring
Cancellation Policy
Zero-cancellation policy. Rescheduling 24+ hours before the session is free. Same-day changes 4+ hours before incur a $25 fee; under 4 hours incurs a $35 fee. Arriving 10 or more minutes after the scheduled start forfeits the reservation. No-shows are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.
