Cancellation Policy
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance, you may do so without penalty and any deposit paid can be applied toward a future booking. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled time may be subject to charges—typically forfeiting the full service fee.
