Cancellation Policy
Individual bookings: 24–48 hours before start, exchanges only and no refund. Less than 24 hours, after departure, late arrival, or missed tour: no refund. Groups of 10+ and private charters: no refund within 30 days; 50% refund 30–60 days; full refund more than 60 days before start. Hurricane-season bookings (July 1–November 1): maximum 50% cash refund.
