Cancellation Policy
For individual bookings, cancellations 24–48 hours before the tour can be exchanged for another tour; no refund applies. Cancellations within 24 hours, after departure, or missed tours are no-shows with no refund. For groups of 10+ and private charters: no refund within 30 days, 50% refund 30–60 days before, and 100% refund more than 60 days before.
