Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 24–48 hours before departure are not refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, after departure, late arrival, or missed tours are no-shows and not refunded. For hurricane-season bookings July 1–November 1, the maximum cash refund is 50%.
