For individual, non-private bookings, cancellations 24–48 hours before departure allow an exchange for another tour only, with no refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure, late arrivals and missed tours receive no refund. Rescheduling to the next available departure or a tour of equal value may be available in certain cases with management approval.
