Cancellation Policy
For individual bookings, cancellations 24–48 hours before the tour receive no refund; cancellations less than 24 hours before and no-shows receive no refund. For groups of 10+ and private charters, cancellations more than 60 days ahead receive a 100% refund, 30–60 days ahead receive a 50% refund, and within 30 days receive no refund. Hurricane-season bookings may receive up to a 50% cash refund.
