Cancellation Policy
Individual bookings: Cancellations 24–48 hours before departure are exchange-only; no refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, after departure, or no-shows are nonrefundable. Groups of 10+ and private charters: 100% refund more than 60 days ahead, 50% 30–60 days ahead, and no refund within 30 days. July 1–November 1 bookings: maximum 50% cash refund.

A $2 USD maritime port usage fee applies to each person age 7 and older, and a $3 USD Flora & Fauna Preservation Access fee applies before boarding. These fees may already be included in some reservations; otherwise, they are not included in the listed price.
Restrooms are available below deck. Use the restroom before boarding when possible, as the ship has marine toilets.
