• Orientation: Meet at the homestead for introductions and safety briefing
• Find the cows—they will have spent the morning browsing for seasonal treats in the forest—they may still be in the woods, or have wandered back to the pasture.
• Engage with the herd then work to bring them to the paddock for their afternoon hay.
• Release the calves to the pasture and spend time brushing and cuddling them. You will also get to sample some homestead snacks.

Dress in layers. Wear waterproof outer layers, closed-toe waterproof shoes, and sturdy footwear for uneven terrain. Mornings can be cool and rainy, and the forest may stay wet after overnight moisture.
The experience can be tailored to your group's mobility levels.
This takes place on a working homestead and farm. Give the cows the right of way.
