Back Bay Adventures offers both fishing charters and jet ski rentals that consistently deliver for families and first-timers. The fishing trips stand out for their manageable 2.5-hour duration and smaller capacity (capped at 25 people), which means more space and attention than crowded competitor boats. First mates like Kellen, Tallon, and Finn earn frequent praise for being attentive and jumping in to help with everything from baiting hooks to untangling lines, making the experience smooth even for complete beginners. The jet ski tours also get enthusiastic reviews, with guides described as friendly and giving groups plenty of open water to explore. Families particularly appreciate how welcoming the staff is with kids and nervous first-timers. One booking hiccup appears in the reviews where a trip was cancelled twice due to low participant numbers, which caused frustration. Otherwise, the crew's helpfulness and the reasonable pricing for what you get are the consistent themes that come through.
A wonderful trip. First mate Jeff was super helpful and seemingly everywhere at once. Capt. put us on the fish. Had a great time.
