Urban AdvenTours delivers exactly what Boston visitors want: an engaging way to see the city while getting exercise and local insight. The guided bike tours consistently earn praise for knowledgeable, safety-conscious guides like Costa, Jonathan, Austin, and Charles who share both historical facts and personal stories at strategic stops throughout the city. Reviewers love how much ground they cover in 2-3 hours, hitting major sights while discovering details they'd miss on foot. The quality bikes come with baskets for your stuff, and the shop happily stores larger items like backpacks and luggage. Beyond tours, they offer bike rentals and same-day repair services that customers describe as reasonably priced and helpful. You'll want to be a confident cyclist since the routes navigate busy Boston streets with frequent stops and starts. One troubling review raises concerns about discriminatory treatment toward customers of color, which stands in stark contrast to the otherwise overwhelmingly positive feedback about friendly, accommodating staff. Most visitors call this their favorite Boston activity and the best way to get oriented in the city, with bonus points for the free photos guides share after tours.
I am very pleased with Urban Adventours after my rental. They gave me a really nice road bike to use in exploring the city and the routes they have on the website says a lot about how serious they are at what they do. The staff was also very nice and made my experience such a memorable one. 100 STARS!!!
